Just yesterday, my friend shared her business plan with me. The logistics, the funding, the prior experience, the clientele, the marketing strategy, the product procurement and distribution - all seemed in place. Yet, she was indecisive and perhaps still is. What is causing this inertia, I wondered and secretly wished that she would at some point believe passionately in this new reality that she can create and would take the leap.
